L00T collects what the product needs to work and nothing else. We do not store your email address, we never see your private keys, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking.
Account. An identifier issued by Privy when you sign in — a string like did:privy:… — plus which method you used (Google, Discord or a wallet). We do not store your email address or your social profile.
Wallet addresses. The public address you connect or are issued, so payments can reach the right place. Public addresses are already visible on the blockchain.
Profile. Your handle, display name, bio, links, and any avatar or banner image you upload. These are shown publicly on your page.
Chat. Messages you send, with your handle and the time.
Payments. The transaction reference, amount, token and timestamp for tips and subscriptions — the same information that is already public on-chain.
Diagnostics. When something breaks we record the error, the page it happened on and a short technical code, so it can be fixed. These records are truncated and are not used to build a profile of you.
A live viewer count needs to tell people apart. If you are signed in we use your account identifier. If you are not, we take your IP address and browser user-agent, combine them with a secret, hash them one way and keep only a truncated fragment of the result.
That fragment is enough to count you once. It cannot be reversed into your IP address, and the raw IP address is not stored.
Your seed phrase and private keys. We will never ask for them, and there is nowhere in this product to enter them. Anyone asking is trying to steal from you.
We do not run advertising networks, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking pixels.
One cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days. It holds your account identifier, handle, wallet addresses and sign-in method, and it is signed so it cannot be edited or forged. Privy may set its own cookies to keep you signed in with your chosen provider.
Chat is per-broadcast. When a creator starts a new stream, the previous conversation is deleted. Chat is not a permanent archive.
Moderation records last. When a creator times someone out, bans them or deletes a message, we keep a record of the action so it can be reviewed and undone.
Your profile lasts until you change or delete it. Payment records are kept for accounting.
Every tip and subscription is a public transaction. Anyone can see the wallet addresses, amounts and times involved, and it stays visible forever.
We cannot edit or delete anything on a blockchain. Deleting your L00T account does not remove transactions from it.
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
Privy for sign-in and wallets · Livepeer for receiving and delivering live video · Neon for the database · Vercel for hosting and server logs · Helius for reading the Solana blockchain.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
You can edit or clear your display name, bio, links, avatar and banner at any time from your dashboard, and you can hide your handle so only your display name is shown.
You can ask us to delete your account and the profile data attached to it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of your data, or to object to how it is used. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
L00T is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will delete such an account if we find one.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be made clear in the product rather than edited in quietly.
